Recording Celebrate EDU Classes
It's been a long time since I've written a blog post and I would like to tell you what I've been doing lately. One of the things I've been doing is recording online classes for Celebrate EDU.
Celebrate EDU is a non-profit that teaches entrepreneurship to people with disabilities through online classes. It was created by my sister, Jenny after she was inspired by what I do with Unintentional Humor and wanted to provide that opportunity for others with disabilities. Celebrate EDU online courses teach things like business etiquette, creating resumes, goal setting, and email safety. These are very important things to know if you want to become an entrepreneur or if you want to get a regular job.
I record the lessons which are put into videos that are generally around 2 minutes long. These classes are then taken by students live on Zoom calls or through the Celebrate EDU website at your own pace.
It's hard work but it is also very rewarding to make these classes that are shown all around the country especially in these difficult times with COVID-19. If you want to participate in these online classes check out the Celebrate EDU course calendar at celebrateedu.org/calendar
